Mediation services for separating couples

Mediation is about resolving conflict and planning for the future. It is a voluntary, confidential, and collaborative process where an impartial third-party, a mediator, helps you through your dispute. Whether or not you have children, I tailor my mediation services to fit your needs.

Step 1: Consultation

Reach out by phone or by email. Get in touch with me to tell me a little bit about your situation and if it sounds like your case is appropriate for mediation we will book an individual intake meeting.

Please note, both (or all) participants must agree to try mediation in order to move to Step 2.

Consultations are free.

Step 2: Individual intake meeting

If both (or all) participants have agreed to mediate, I will meet with each of you individually in a private and confidential meeting. Intake meetings are for us to get to know each other, to ensure everyone is ready for mediation, and for me to understand your dispute, your needs, any concerns you may have, and your goals for mediation.

Intake meetings start at $165 (per person, tax included).

Step 3: Mediation

After intake meetings are complete you will come together to start the mediation process. I support you to communicate and to make the decisions you need to make to get to the other side of your dispute.

Depending on the number of issues to mediatate, this could take a few hours or it could take multiple sessions over a number of weeks. It depends on your needs and your schedule.

Mediation is $265 per hour ($132.50 per person, tax included).
